For over a decade, I ran a digital agency, providing website development, design, and digital marketing services to businesses. I worked with several major clients, including Yatra Exotic Routes, Aditya Birla Group, Ministry of Health, and Ebix Cash, helping them build and improve their online presence.
Seeking deeper technical challenges, I transitioned into a development services firm, where I led a team of 40 engineers, ensuring projects were delivered efficiently and on time. I worked with clients like Tata 1mg, TVS, Stashfin, and multiple overseas clients, solving complex technical problems at scale. During this time, I also gained expertise in solutions architecture and worked with cloud providers like AWS and Azure to build scalable and reliable systems.
Wanting to expand beyond development and understand how products grow, I moved into the growth space as a Growth Engineer. I rewrote the official documentation to make it up-to-date and easy to follow, earning appreciation from developers. I experimented with landing pages, leading to a 300% improvement in conversion rates. By implementing a pillar page strategy and creating developer-focused content, I doubled organic traffic. I also explored influencer marketing to expand product reach. Alongside marketing efforts, I worked in frontend development and contributed to API Client development, bridging the gap between engineering and growth.
Now, I’m working on two things. Along with offering services like landing page optimization, documentation writing, and developer-focused content strategies, I’m also building Growth Toolkit—a Chrome extension I always wanted as a Growth Engineer to simplify and enhance growth workflows. With a mix of technical expertise and marketing insights, I help businesses create content and landing pages that drive results while building tools that make growth teams more efficient.
